Controls:

W,A,S,D / Arrow Keys: Move

Left Click: Shoot

Space: Roll

E: Interact

F11: Toggle Fullscreen

You can dodge roll over a weapon to pick it up. 

You can dual-wield weapons if you pick up one that you already have equipped.


Venture through the vast canyons, shoot enemies dead, find new weapons.

You don't know who you are, why you're where you are and what you're meant to be doing. The only thing you do know is that you've (supposedly) pissed someone off, and they want you dead. 

Made in GameMaker: Studio 1.4. Art assets created in Aseprite.

The theme does tie into the game, you'll just need to play through it a couple of times :)

Honestly, I think this game is very fun and cool. I've played it a few times and I want to know, is there a story to this in the game or is it just a simple endless shoot-em-up?

It's basically just an endless shooter. I tried somewhat to make a story, but that was more for the gamejam and to tie it in with the theme. The game itself is endless, though

The twist is kinds meh in my opinion. Also chests sometimes spawn half submerged in walls so heres that.

Hitting Esc to quit the game would be useful. 
An ammo counter would be nice too.
